Shipping policy

Your products will ship within two days of your order, and then take up to 5 business days (for Singapore) and 7 days (for Malaysia) to reach your doorstep. Each product has an estimated delivery time that you can find in the product description page. 

Please do note that in case there is any special COVID-19 measures in placed by the Government(s), shipping may take longer to clear custom and to be delivered.


For now, we offer nationwide shipping to Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, Philippines (Greater Manila Area), Taiwan, Vietnam and West Malaysia only. 

For Indonesian and other country delivery, please arrange for your courier / shipping company to pick up the goods from our office / partner in Jakarta, Indonesia. Please email us at info@odina.sg and we will be happy to assist you. Thank you.

Delivery and Order Tracking

You will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 7 business days, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@odina.sg

It takes up to 5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact our Customer Service team at customerservice@odina.sg

Unfortunately, we do not offer time slot delivery service at the moment.

Please contact the delivery partner directly to reschedule another delivery attempt.

Returns and exchanges

To be fair with our SME and other partners, we provide return only if there is proof of defect. 

If you feel that the product is not up to standard, please email us at customerservice@odina.sg within 1 day of receipt of goods, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please kindly provide unboxing video and picture proof so we can fairly evaluate with our partners. 

FYI, our SME and ODINA Indonesia Team performs 3x QC (Quality Check) - one before the product leaves the SMEs production facility, one before they enter our ODINA warehouse, and we do final thorough QC before packing them and giving them to our shipping partner. So far, this has proven to be very effective to ensure that you and all our clients receive only high-quality goods from Indonesia, in good condition.

In the event there is any problem in shipping (which happens very rarely), our shipping partner will be ready to assist you too. Please do let us know at shipping@odina.sg so we can assist you and ensure that you will be treated well by our shipping partner accordingly.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at the moment.

If there’s an issue with your order ie. wrong size, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted - then simply write to us at customerservice@odina.sg with a picture of the item.

Cancellation Policies

Cancelations are possible if the parcel has yet to be handed over to our delivery partners. Please email us at customerservice@odina.sg and we will try our best to accommodate.

Gifts

All our products will be packed nicely together inside our ODINA Gift Box.
